The transaction was a difficult one. Alma was very helpful in staying on top of seller to remove dump trucks and loader. The place needed a lot of clean up. I asked to clean up the property the weekend before closing and Alma got me permission. The closing was scheduled on a Monday. I was at the property before the closing cleaning up. It was hot so I worked with my shirt off. My shirt was a collar pull over shirt. When it was time for closing I put my shirt back on and drove there. When I got back from closing I noticed I had my shirt on inside out. I was treated with respect and nobody drew attention to my inside out collar shirt. The deal went through and I am happy.

After the death of my parents, I was left to sell four houses in Delavan, WI, while living in Arizona. To best describe how thrilled I was working with Christine Fox in selling three of the houses, it is easiest to contrast the numerous challenges I faced with the first realtor I worked with from Brand K in selling the first of my properties. - Brand K - After initial discussion and signing the listing agreement, his interaction was very limited and mostly delegated to an assistant. It never seemed like the other realtor felt I was worthy of his time. About the only time I remember getting a call from him directly was at the end of a listing contract when I told him I wouldn't be renewing. - Christine - Always dealt with me personally, and even at the times when she leveraged assistance from her local office, she continued to update me directly. She always made me feel like I was worthy of her time. - Brand K - I felt like I was kept in the dark about showing activity at the house and what types of feedback may have come in from other realtors or prospective buyers. - Christine - The level of information was AWESOME. I knew about every showing, and all feedback was quickly provided back to me. Further, I loved the periodic reports that showed all activity in the area so I had a better gauge on what to expect for my houses. - Brand K - Encouraged what ended up being very overpriced at the start of the process, and provided very little to find an appropriate listing price throughout the process. - Christine - Provided very good feedback on what type of prices I could expect both if I sold the houses as-is , or if I invested in significant repairs in each of the properties. - Brand K - After listing the property in the MLS, I felt that I was largely on my own. - Christine - I felt like I had a partner in the process. She coordinated with both my local property management helpers and handyman to identify recommended improvements to the properties throughout the sale process. Ultimately, Christine helped me sell my three remaining properties, and it would have been all four if Brand K didn't end up finding a buyer with less than a week left on his listing contract. Christine and I partnered together for over a year, and while I'm more than glad to be done with selling these estate properties, she made it as painless as possible. Christine listens to her sellers' wants and needs, then delivers them! What more could you ask for?

christine was fine to work with, i wish that we had not put the house on the market at such a high price. i know being told $179,900.00 to start is just a way to get the home owner excited and a way to get them to sign with you. if we would have started at a better price like 160k i think that the house would have sold faster plus we would have got more money for it, but because of the time and the 3 price drops we missed the market time. also being an out of town home owner i wish that christine would have been at my house more then just the one time to sign me up. the bushes became over grown which if i had known i would have had that fixed. they should be your eyes and ears while they are working for you. aslo why is there a picture of someone else on christine's page. at the end of the day she sold the house. i did not have any major problems, i do feel like i was told a story about the price in the beginning to get my business.

Christine was amazing! We had originally listed our home with Keefe and had a very poor experience. Once our contract ended with Keefe I saw a cute little log home that was for sale by Shorewest. It is only a mile away from the home we lived in. Christine did an amazing job working with the seller and keeping us informed and we purchased the home. We were so happy with Christine we decided to list our home on Briarwood with her. . To our surprise we had constant showings. Jim and I would get discouraged and Christine would reassure us that there is someone that will buy the house. In the end there was one couple from out of state that had one showing and were ready to make an offer. In the end she was able to negotiate the price and we sold our home that we built literally and lived in for 17 years and trust that she sold it to people that really care.
