Tara was absolutely awesome. She stuck with me when other buyers put in offers, then pulled them due to being overwhelmed by the amount of work my house needed per the inspection. She understood my strategy of having contractors look at the work the house needed before I put in an offer, so we knew exactly what we were getting in to. And ultimately, patience paid off - nothing on the inspection was a surprise, I had my quotes for repair before we made an offer, and we are now in the process of restoring our beautiful, classic home. Her guidance, patience and support made all the difference!!
